Every piece at Soul Canvas Creations is created with purpose and care. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us first at inspire@soulcanvas.com.au and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Because many of our pieces are custom-made just for you:

• Custom and personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind
• Non-custom items may be returned if unused and in original condition and un-washed
• Approved returns are sent at the customer’s expense
• If a replacement is issued, we’ll cover the cost of sending it back to you
• For all returns and refunds please contact us by email.
