Welcome to Soul Canvas Creations. By shopping with us, placing a custom order, or browsing our website, you agree to the terms below. We’ve written this in plain language because we value clarity and integrity in everything we do.

1. About Us

Soul Canvas Creations is an Australian apparel business specialising in:

• Custom      printed apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, caps, sweatpants)
• Inspirational      identity-based designs

All prices are listed in AUD.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order:

• You confirm that all details (including spelling, sizes, colours and artwork)      are correct.
• Payment must be made in full before production begins.
• Custom items enter production once artwork is approved.

If we notice an issue with your order, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that:

• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Contain unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Appear fraudulent

3. Custom & Personalised Printing

Because many of our products are made to order:

• Colour variations may occur due to screen settings and print processes.
• Placement may vary slightly between garments.
• Once artwork is approved, changes may not be possible.

Please double-check all artwork files before submitting them.

You confirm that any artwork you supply is owned by you or you have permission to use it.

4. Bulk & Business Printing Orders

For bulk apparel, uniforms, team wear, promotional merchandise or large-volume printing:

• Quotes are valid for [7–14] days unless otherwise stated.
• Production timelines begin once artwork approval and payment (or agreed deposit) is received.
• Bulk orders may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Changes after production has started may incur additional fees.
• Overruns or underruns of up to 5% may occur in large print runs and are considered acceptable industry standard.

We aim for consistency and quality across all garments, but minor variations between batches may occur.

For repeat business orders, artwork is stored for convenience unless otherwise requested.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Prices may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
• Orders will not be dispatched until payment is cleared.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide.

• Production time is separate from shipping time.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
• Once your order leaves us, responsibility passes to the carrier.

Soul Canvas Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, peak seasons, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Every piece at Soul Canvas Creations is created with purpose and care. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us first at inspire@soulcanvas.com.au and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Because many of our pieces are custom-made just for you:

• Custom and personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind
• Non-custom items may be returned if unused and in original condition
• Approved returns are sent at the customer’s expense
• If a replacement is issued, we’ll cover the cost of sending it back to you

We value integrity, clarity, and treating people well. If there’s a genuine issue, you can trust we’ll handle it with care.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, designs, branding, graphics, product names, and text — belongs to Soul Canvas Creations and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Our designs are created to inspire identity and purpose. Please respect the work behind them.

9. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or damage the site
• Copy or misuse content without permission

We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
